Professional fees will be agreed in advance. Advertising and promotional costs are usually an additional cost to professional fees.

Selection of a quality tenant is based on our stringent vetting procedure. Particulars of all parties will be presented to you for consideration before a tenant is accepted.

We prepare the lease agreement, the standing order form and the Private Residential Tenancy Board form.

On the signing of the lease agreement we collect one months rent as security deposit and one months rent in advance.

We arrange for the transfer of utilities into the tenants name.

During the tenancy we are more than happy to advise our clients with any queries relating to their property.
